Privacy

We keep this simple. Here is what this website collects and what we do with it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact, quote or software download forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to answer you and to support your purchase. We do not sell or rent them.

Visit information

Like most websites, this site records basic information about visits so we can see which products interest people and improve the site. This includes the pages viewed, the time of the visit, the website or search that referred you, your browser and device type, and your IP address. From the IP address we look up an approximate location and the name of the network, which is often the name of a company or internet provider.

We keep our own record of only the most recent 1,000 visits; older visits are deleted automatically. We also use Google Analytics, which collects similar information in summary form under Google’s privacy policy.

We do not record visits from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein in our own visit log.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, or when the law requires it.
